Team Building Days

Team building is a craft and that is exactly what we do. With many years’ experience bringing people together to connect in nature, we can offer you a staff away day that is totally unique.

We offer a way for your team to connect and get to know one another outside of the usual setting. We offer a blend of land-based tasks and craft games which anyone can get stuck into, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of the day. Though located near Bristol’s centre, our workshop at Bridge Farm feels wonderfully secluded, as if you’ve stepped out of the city and into rural Somerset!

All packages include a fully catered morning tea and coffee break with a fabulous selection of treats.
